Session Types

Build (Parents & Babies)
Strength-focused sessions centred around compound lifts and accessory work to improve overall strength, muscle mass, and movement quality. Moderate intensity with structured progressions and coaching throughout.
Engine
Aerobic conditioning using rowers, ski ergs, bikes, and simple movements. Moderate intensity with a focus on endurance, pacing, and recovery.
Forever Fit
Low-impact sessions focused on strength, mobility, balance, and overall health. Low to moderate intensity and suitable for maintaining long-term fitness.
Hybrid
Structured strength and conditioning classes combining resistance training with functional fitness. Moderate to high intensity with scalable options.
HYROX
Running and functional fitness combined to build endurance, strength, and work capacity. Moderate to high intensity in a supportive environment.
Prime
Recovery and mobility-focused sessions designed to improve movement quality, flexibility, and reduce injury risk. Low intensity · 15 mins · complimentary for all members.
Sweat / Team Sweat
High-energy conditioning sessions using simple movements to improve fitness and endurance. Moderate to high intensity using fun, varied movements.
Skills
Technique-focused sessions covering Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and functional movement patterns. Moderate intensity with an emphasis on coaching and movement quality.
Run Club
A social 5km run every Sunday morning at 9:30am.
