Drawing on extensive experience in both nutrition coaching and strength training, this option is designed to bridge the gap between performance goals and real-life application. It’s ideal if you need a holistic approach that considers stress, recovery, and fuelling alongside your time on the gym floor.

Personal Training with Independent Coaches

SHFT works with a select number of aligned coaches who operate independently within the space. While they run their own businesses, they share the SHFT values of integrity, quality, and accessibility.

These coaches bring a variety of specialisms to the gym. You can view their individual availability, bios, and specific areas of expertise directly in the gym or by enquiring with us.
